This advanced workshop examines when and how to adapt CBT-I (and when modification is not appropriate). Through focused instruction and case discussion, participants will consider assessment strategies, modifications to core treatment components, medication-related issues, lifespan and comorbidity considerations, referral decisions, and approaches to complex or incomplete treatment response.
