Information you provide

The site may collect your name, email address, organization or affiliation, inquiry details, resource selections, newsletter choice, and information needed to respond to Seminar-access requests. Authorized Seminar assistants may also upload presenter images, slides, transcripts, and related session information.

Do not submit medical records, protected health information, confidential research data, or other sensitive personal information through general website forms.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources or Seminar access, administer Seminar records, operate the website, prevent misuse, and maintain appropriate records of requests. Information is not used to subscribe you to Sleep Decisions unless you affirmatively select the newsletter option or subscribe through the newsletter website.

Service providers and external platforms

Form submissions may be stored in WordPress and Fluent Forms and transmitted by email. Contact information associated with resource or Seminar requests may be sent to Kit for request management; contacts are kept outside the active newsletter audience unless they explicitly opt in. Seminar recordings are hosted by Vimeo, and newsletter subscriptions are managed through Kit. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Technical information and cookies

The website and its hosting providers may process standard server logs, IP addresses, browser information, security information, and cookies needed for login, forms, performance, and site operation. This policy will be updated if additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced.

Retention and disclosure

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, administrative or security needs, and applicable legal or institutional requirements. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support site operations, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.
