A multidimensional research questionnaire designed to assess sleep-related practices, beliefs, attitudes, and contextual factors. Its 16 subscales may be used independently.

About this resource

The SPAQ contains 151 items across 16 subscales. The subscales address sleep duration and debt, sleep quality and sleepiness, coping, activities in bed, sleep environment, knowledge, beliefs, self-efficacy, health, and social norms. Subscales may be used independently; there is no global score.

Instructions

Use the request form to obtain the questionnaire, scoring template, and instructions. Select the SPAQ and describe the anticipated use.
